How to use a Fleshlight (Video)
Warm it before use by soaking the insert in a sink/tub of warm water for 15-20 minutes. Drain and refill frequently to keep the warming process going. Do NOT boil it or microwave it! Warming the insert too much could injure you. Remember that your hands are less sensitive than your penis and are not going to be the most accurate gauge of temperature.
Adjust the tightness of the cap at the bottom to vary the suction of the insert. The tighter the cap, the more suction. Don’t forget to use a liberal amount of lubricant.
